Summer Twilight

Meditation Getaways - Summer Twilight -

Our subconscious mind takes us on a trip to a grassy meadow on a Summer afternoon, with crickets chirping and other insects buzzing about. In the gentle breeze, the tall grass sways back and forth rhythmically like waves on an ocean. As afternoon turns to twilight, and then to evening, the sights and sounds change, and we arrive at a pond surrounded by a glade of trees. In the dark, we are greeted by firefly-like particles of light that behave with incredible purpose and intelligence beyond our own, and they bestow us with the incredible gift of healing.

This guided meditation features two soundtracks as background sounds: "Summer Meadow" and "Evening by the Pond".

  1. Paul,
Thank you for your free guided meditations. The lastest was the best IMHO. I also really enjoy the "Ancient Ocean". The scenarios seem to get better with each one you do. I especially like the detail in the ones mentioned above. The more detail the better!

I want to tell you how important these meditations have become to me, even though it's been just a short time. I'm going through a difficult time in my life right now, as so many of us are with the state of the country and the world. These "getaways" are great. I wish I could afford to purchase the nature soundtracks used in the meditations, but can not do so at this time. When my finances improve however, I will be back.

Thanks again for the free meditations. I do not know what I would do without them.

  2. Dear Anonymous (posted above),
Thanks so much for your thoughtful feedback, and I'm so glad that I am able to help you in some way with my guided meditations. I firmly believe that if we as a population keep our intentions positive, and eliminate fear and paranoia, then things will improve for ourselves, the country, and the world. We gravitate towards our primary intentions, and that is why my guided meditations create images of healing, awareness, hope, and positivity. Thanks for listening to my podcasts. I know things will improve for you.

    Paul Nguyen
