The lastest was the best IMHO. I also really enjoy the "Ancient Ocean". The scenarios seem to get better with each one you do. I especially like the detail in the ones mentioned above. The more detail the better!<BR/><BR/> I want to tell you how important these meditations have become to me, even though it's been just a short time. I'm going through a difficult time in my life right now, as so many of us are with the state of the country and the world. These "getaways" are great. I wish I could afford to purchase the nature soundtracks used in the meditations, but can not do so at this time.
